Depending on the configuration of the Aerseat you choose, its backrest is an upholstery overlay that wraps onto your existing backrest as an added cover with our air cells inside. Our seat cushion is fitted onto the seat plate of your wheelbase using lock and loop strips such as Velcro.

The Aergo control app will alert you when the battery is running low (below 5%). If the battery does run out of charge completely, the Aerseat will default to the last inflation setting determined by you, and lock the inflation levels to keep you supported.

You can find a list of recommended wheelbases here. If your wheelbase is not listed, please get in touch with Aergo Health team and one of our technical members will help you assess the compatibility and fitting.

No, the lateral supports will not interfere with the users ability to self-propel.

The battery will last 8 hours from a full charge. We recommend leaving your Aerseat to charge over night for next-day use.

In the unlikely event that an air cell is punctured, we offer easy replacement kits, simply get in touch with your supplier or our technical support team.

The outer cover is machine washable and the inner cover is fully water resistant and antimicrobial. The electronics are protected with a waterproof enclosure.

The outer covers of Aerseat are machine washable at 30 degrees celsius and the inner cover can be wiped clean with anti-bacterial wipes.
Using the Aergo Control App

Apple devices:
iPhone Requires iOS 11.0 or later.
iPad Requires iPadOS 11.0 or later.
iPod touch Requires iOS 11.0 or later.
Android devices:
4.3 and up

You can download the Aergo Control App from Apple App Store and Google Play Store, simply search for Aergo PS Console. If the Aergo PS user is under 12, please ensure a guardian is present to support the registration process.

The Aerseat will maintain the inflation levels you’ve originally set up to ensure you continue to be supported.

Aergo Health (Aergo Ltd.) as a manufacturer with sole responsibility declares that Aerseat is a CE class 1 medical device, it conforms to the requirements of the 93/42/EEC Guidelines and EN12182 Technical aids for disabled persons, general requirements and test methods.

The warranty only applies when the device is used according to manufacturer’s instructions.
It covers any defects resulting from defective parts, materials or manufacturing, if such defects are revealed within the period of 12 months since the date of purchase.
