Please note, these Terms and Conditions are for members of the public and do not relate to medical professionals or trade re-sellers.

How do I place an order?
Once you’ve selected your product and size option, click ‘Add to Cart’ where you will be able to view your basket and edit if required. You will also be asked to select your preferred shipping option, all are tracked services provided by DPD.

Once you have accepted our Terms and Conditions by clicking the box on the purchasing page, you have the option to pay by credit and debit cards listed on our website, Klarna, or by PayPal. No card details are stored at Aergo Health.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 3 working days if the chosen items and sizes are in stock. Orders placed at a weekend or national holiday will be processed the next working day. A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent out once the order has been processed.
Orders will be sent by tracked services provided by DPD or Parcel Force, and should be with you in an estimated 5-7 working days but may take longer.
All options can be tracked using the tracking number and link sent to you in your order confirmation.
We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you place your order.
We currently do not ship overseas, but please do get in touch with us at hello@aergohealth.com to discuss alternative options.
What if the Item is out-of-stock or the order is delayed?
Our website should let you know if an item is out-of-stock and not available for ordering. In the unlikely event that we accept an order for an out-of-stock item we will be in touch to let you know and to discuss options such as offering a similar item, waiting for the item to become available, or a refund.
What if the item received is damaged or faulty, or not what was ordered?
Our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards and subject to a rigorous quality control inspection. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item please let us know within 48-hours of receipt by emailing us. We may need you to take photographs so we can establish the cause of the issue. If you are looking to return an item, please see our returns section.
If you have received the wrong item, please check the item doesn’t match your order notification, once confirmed please email us to let us know and we will commence the returns process. A refund or replacement can only be sent once we have received the products.
How do I change or cancel an order?
If you’ve made a mistake with your order and are unable to correct it in the shopping cart or during checkout, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing Customer Services at hello@aergohealth.com, and we will do our best to correct. Please note, we operate a very efficient order processing system, and we start getting your item ready for delivery quickly which may limit our ability to correct any error. If we are unable to rectify the error, you will need to return the item please see our returns procedure.
Accepting your order and our Contract
Please note that completion of the online checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your offer to purchase products from us. Our acceptance of your order will take place only when we despatch the product(s) that you ordered from us, and you receive your despatch confirmation, and this brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. The contract is completed when the products are fully paid for and delivered.
Please note, you own the goods once we have received full payment and are responsible for them once received.
Returns and cancelled orders
Products may be returned for a refund subject to the following conditions:
Notify us by emailing hello@aergohealth.com within 14 days of delivery of the Products. Please include your order details, contact details and reason for the return such as the goods being faulty or not as described.
You are liable for the return postage of the product, please ensure the products and accessories being returned are packed in their original packaging and re-sellable condition. We strongly recommend that you choose an insured carrier as the risk of returning the product will remain with you until it is delivered at Aergo Health’s business premise in a re-sellable condition.
Refund will be made to the same payment method used to make the purchase, and should be within 10-14 working days providing the goods are returned in original intact and undamaged packaging and any labels or tags are still in position (where applicable).
Damaged or Faulty Goods
You may notify us of damaged or faulty goods up to 14 days from receipt of your goods for a full refund. Once you contact us we will arrange free collection of the damaged/faulty goods and once returned to us we will refund you in full no later than 7 working days from receipt.
Warranty
Goods can be returned to us for warranty replacement up to 12 months from receipt. Once you contact Customer Services at hello@aergohealth.com, we will arrange free collection of the goods and we will replace or repair your goods as quickly as possible, but will endeavour to do this within 14 working days.
Prices
Prices shown are inclusive of delivery in the United Kingdom and Nothern Ireland and exclusive of VAT.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice at any time. Prices charged will be those in force at the date of the customer’s order. Please note we endeavour to ensure the correct prices are displayed and charged however if an error is made and the price is higher than displayed, we will contact you for your acceptance of the price before proceeding with the order.
Special Offers and discounts are subject to the terms and conditions of each specific offer and may be subject to availability, and valid on the selected items only. We reserve the right to remove any promotion at any time and with prior notice.
Value Added Tax (VAT)
All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of VAT. Our products are categorised by HMRC as VAT-free goods. However, you will need to complete the eligibility declaration form by a disabled person for VAT reliefs at checkout confirming your eligibility. Alternatively you can complete a hardcopy of this eligibility declaration form, and send this through to us at hello@aergohealth.com
Payment
During checkout, you will be asked to enter your payment details. By completing your payment details, you confirm that the chosen payment method being used is yours. All fields indicated as compulsory must be completed. All card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer. Payment must be made at the time of ordering by major credit/debit card or by PayPal.
Our online payments are handled by PayPal. Aergo Health does not handle any credit card information, your payment details are encrypted and sent directly from your browser to PayPal. Payment processing is secure and is PCI-compliant.
Our Guarantee to you
Please note that if you wish to return a purchased item, it must be returned to us in a re-saleable condition. By this we mean the product is still reusable with very limited wear and tear, the labels or tags are still in position, and it is packed in its original packaging.
All products that are returned to us in an unopened and re-saleable condition will be refunded in full but may be subject to deductions please see our returns procedure.
Please note you have no rights to claim for faults that appear because of fair wear and tear, or if the product is not used for the intended purpose.
Products
Our products shown online are for illustrative purposes and are presented as much as digital photographic purposes and electronic devices allow; on occasion, these may vary slightly from what is received. We reserve the right to amend our products and will endeavour to update our website as quickly as possible. For more significant changes, we will make you aware of these changes before despatch and give you the option to cancel the order for a refund.
Liabilities

Please note, we may need you to take photographs so we can establish the cause of the issue.
If you have received the wrong item, please check the received the item against the item that you ordered as sometimes the description may be slightly different, once confirmed that it is the wrong item, please let us know by emailing Customer Services and we will commence the returns process. A refund or replacement can only be sent once we have received the product.
If the intended purposes or the instructions for use are not followed. We will not refund or replace due to Customer damage, misuse, or abuse.
If the goods delivered are not what you ordered or are damaged or faulty or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us within 14 working days of the delivery.
If you do not receive goods within 14 working days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us at Customer Services.
Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify us under this condition, and we shall

Governing Law
These terms and conditions and the contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law.
Entire agreement
These terms and conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery details, contact details and privacy policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by us.
